This website is operated by Alpha Apps B.V., Chamber of Commerce no. 67529402, registered in Amsterdam. Alpha Apps B.V. is the controller for the personal data processed through this website.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, the subject you chose and your message. We use these details only to answer your message. They are delivered to us by e-mail through the Resend service, kept for as long as needed to handle your question and removed from our mailbox no later than twelve months afterwards. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer your message.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To do so, Turnstile processes your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser to determine whether a submission is made by a person. Cloudflare does not place tracking cookies for this.
Statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how often pages are visited. This service places no cookies and stores no personal data; visitors cannot be identified individually.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. Server functions, such as processing the contact form, run in the Frankfurt (EU) region.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or transferred, to have processing restricted and to object to processing. Use the contact form to do so. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
